How often will this app be updated?

RxOrange will be updated monthly coinciding with the monthly release of Orange Book data from the FDA. Each release version will trail with the month and year the database was compiled. (Example. The database in version 1.0.0811 will be compiled with the most recent data from August of 2011)

Additional updates will include bug fixes and new features as they become available.

Der sichtbare Teil des Belegungsplanes kann mit dem Finger sowohl horizontal als auch vertikal über alle verwalteten Zimmer verschoben werden.
Es steht eine Wochenübersicht mit An- und Abreisen, belegten Zimmer sowie Teilnehmern an den einzelnen Mahlzeiten zur Verfügung.
Reservierungen können einfach per Tippen im Belegungsplan initiiert werden. Alle Daten werden in ein Popup-Fenster eingegeben. Möchten Sie einen anderen Gast auswählen oder neu eingeben, dann tippen Sie einfach auf den angezeigten Gast. Es wird automatisch zur Gästeverwaltung gewechselt.
Weitere Daten der Buchung sind die Belegung des Zimmers (bis max 8 Personen), Tiere und die Art der Pension. Sind alle Daten eingegeben, wird der korrekte Gesamtpreis sowie der Einzelpreis für Übernachtung und Pension angezeigt. Die Eingabe spezieller Preise ist ebenfalls möglich.
Per Klick kann ein Zimerwechsel der Reservierung ist leicht durchgeführt werden.
Die Zimmer/Apartmentliste zeigt für das selektierte Zimmer: Name, Preiskategorie, Belegungsmöglichkeiten (max 8 Personen), Tiere, Raucher, Badausstattung, Küchenausstattung, Ausblick.
Für das ausgewählte Zimmer werden alle Buchungen entsprechend ihrer Aktualität aufgelistet.
In der Gästeliste werden die Daten des ausgewählten Gastes angezeigt: Firma, Anrede, Vorname, Telefonnummern, Adressen, Geburtstag und Land.
Außer dem Gast können drei weitere Personen erfasst werden. Für den ausgewählten Gast werden alle Buchungen entsprechend ihrer Aktualität aufgelistet und können eingesehen werden.
Für die Reservierung wird per Tipp eine Bestätigungs-Email oder ein -Brief erzeugt.
In der Rechnungsübersicht werden die Buchungen und Rechnungen entsprechend der Filter-Auswahl (Belegungsplan, Zimmer, Gast, Unbezahl, Bezahlt, alle) der Aktualität nach aufgelistet. Aus den vorliegenden Buchungsdaten werden Rechnungen mit vorgebbaren Steuersätzen, getrennt für Übernachtung und Pension, entsprechend der DIN erzeugt. Die angezeigte Rechnung kann bearbeitet werden. Sobald die Rechnung die von Ihnen gewünschte Form aufweist, können Sie diese ausgeben. Mit jedem Druck wird eine PDF-Datei mit dem gedruckten Inhalt erstellt. Sie können diese PDF-Rechnung auch später ansehen und nochmals ausdrucken oder per Email verschicken.
In der Preisverwaltung werden für die Zimmer nach verschiedenen Kriterien Preise festgelegt. In Abhängigkeit von der Belegung mit Personen (max 8) können unterschiedliche Aufschläge definiert werden.
Die Angaben nach den Beherbergungsstatistikgesetz sowie eine Einnahmenübersicht stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung.

Im Ausgangszustand enthält das Programm die Möglichkeit 15 Zimmer zu verwalten. Eine Erweiterung der Zimmerzahl ist möglich.
